Responsibility:

i. Responsible for the quality management of overseas factories (foundries), the formulation, implementation and confirmation of quality control plans for leading product transfer processes;

ii. Continuous improvement projects that lead the product and process quality of overseas factories/foundries;;

iii. Responsible for the audit and certification of overseas factories/foundries and improvement of problems;

iv. Participate in international customers' quality problem communication, complaint handling, and participate in the audit of international customers.

Key Qualification:

i. Fluent written and spoken English, CET- 6 or above is preferred.

ii. Bachelor of Engineering degree;

iii. Ability to communicate effectively and earn respect with managers at all levels, including plant owners/senior managers;

iv. 6 years of quality engineer or supplier quality management experience (foundry quality management experience), working experience in the optical communication industry is preferred;

Location: The candidate should be able to be based in Suzhou (PRC.), Adapt to long-term overseas business trips, mainly including Southeast Asian countries and Taiwan area.
